Plastic Nee-san – 05
It sure has been a while since the last episode! This new episode kinda caught me by surprise. I blame ANN for not making a news post about it, as well as Lantis for not posting it on the Plastic Nee-san Youtube channel like they did for 01-04.
It took me a bit to figure out how to rip the video from Lantis’ website. Unlike 01-04 (which were straight Youtube remuxes), I had to re-encode 05 since the raw they posted was VP6-MP3 (instead of H264-AAC). I later found out that Lantis is posting Plastic on their Youtube channel (instead of the main Plastic channel), but the video quality isn’t as good (480×360 letterboxed).
Starting from 05 (and Lantis’ reposts of 01-04), every episode will have an OP and ED! We probably won’t go back and v2 01-04 because Plastic Nee-san is getting a Blu-ray Disc Release! We’ll save the updates and changes for the BDs.
The Amazon product page states that the BD will include 12 episodes, so it’s pretty much confirmed that there are still plenty of episodes to come!
As for our other projects: due to some personal things that I need to take care of, there won’t be any releases for the next week and a half. However, the translators will be working on both Mangatan 02-03 and Gekijou 03-05, so expect a bunch of releases in two weeks’ time!

All caught up with the latest episode! No word on if/when Episode 5 will stream, but we’ll be there when it does! (I’m going to mark this series as complete for now, but I’ll change it back once Episode 5 is announced.)
Back to 360p-only, as that’s the highest resolution that was posted on teh Youtubes. Looks like the studio was trolling us by posting Episode 3 in HD.
Oh, and Suzy DVD 1-3 will be out in a day or two.

Plastic Nee-san – 01-03
I decided to work on this short-length school slapstick comedy series this past weekend. You can read more about it here.
01-02 are slightly based off of Kagayaki’s subs (had to rework most of their release, since timing was off, editing and typesetting were non-existent, and they used re-encoded webraws), and 03 is an in-house translation.
In regards to the video quality: I am only releasing 360p versions of 01 and 02 because that’s the max resolution that was posted on the official Plastic Nee-san Youtube channel. However, they did post 03 in 720p, so I’m including that (as well as 360p for consistency).
I did not encode any of these videos. These are direct rips from the official Youtube channel, so blame them for the low quality.
Episode 04 will be streamed on the 24th, so look forward to that early next week! Sadly, there’s no word on if there will be any future episodes 😦 .
